How to do business and receive commission
Banco Halifax Hispania pays commission to intermediaries who introduce business.
It's a legal requirement in Spain that all intermediaries must be registered with the bank before they can introduce business and receive commission.
All commission is paid in euros. You can open a Banco Halifax Hispania account to receive these fees.
Registration
To register as an introducer to Banco Halifax Hispania, you need to provide:
- Your intermediary panel number (if registered with Halifax in the UK) or your FSA registration details
- A signed copy of the terms of business
Written confirmation from the Inland Revenue that your business is resident in the UK for tax purposes may also be required.
