All deposits held with Banco Halifax Hispania will be held in Spain and the accounts will be subject to Spanish law. Banco Halifax Hispania S.A. is regulated as a deposit taking entity by the Bank of Spain. The Bank of Spain operates a deposit guarantee scheme for deposits held in Spain.
