- A mortgage increase is defined as the increase in the amount of the mortgage loan. This fee is incompatible with the commission for mortgage renewal.
- Zero balance certificates and certificates required by law are exempt from this commission.
- Novation is understood to be the modification (not included in the agreement's clauses and excluding subrogation as established in law 2/94) of the conditions of the loan agreement and only when these modifications are requested by the customer.
- This will only apply when the reason for the substitution is not attributable to Banco Halifax Hispania.
- This fee is applicable when payment of the outstanding amount is requested by the bank.
