should log on to Halifax Intermediaries online and select Create product transfer to complete the alternative online
Only if the answer to all the 5 questions below is "No" should this form be used.
1. Does the customer's current term extend into retirement?
(If the customer is already retired, this question does not apply)
2. Does the customer's new term extend into retirement?
3. Is the customer's term being reduced on a capital and interest repayment element
of the mortgage?
4. Is the repayment type changing for any part of the mortgage?
5. Is there an element of interest only lending where the customer does not have
an adequate repayment in place to cover the whole amount?
Does the Intermediary act on behalf of the applicants and have their permission
to access their mortgage account information?

of these risks and do they consent to the Intermediary submitting and receiving
data via unsecured email?
