The Halifax Mortgage Prize Draw - a chance for your clients to be mortgage free

Imagine if you could help one of your clients live mortgage free? With our monthly prize draw, you could be part of someone's life changing moment. Here is a video from a broker telling her good news story.

Here's what your clients need to know:

  • 1 x mortgage up to £300,000 paid off
  • 100 x £1,000 cash prizes.

To qualify for the monthly prize draw, your client must at the time of the draw, have:

  • registered to take part
  • a Halifax mortgage on their home in England, Wales or Scotland
  • a Halifax or Bank of Scotland personal retail current account and have paid at least £1,500 into it the month before the draw.

If your client holds more than one eligible mortgage account we will pay off the one with the highest balance, up to £300,000.

Your client will not qualify for the draw if:

  • their property is or will be let to tenants or
  • their mortgage is part of our Deedstore Scheme or
  • there are arrears on their mortgage account. For the purpose of these rules, arrears means when a total sum of £1 or more of the monthly payment(s) due remain unpaid at the time of the draw.

How to register

If your client already has a Halifax mortgage and a qualifying current account, they can register for the monthly draw through their online banking. It's quick and easy to set up online, if they aren't already registered. They just have to visit: halifax.co.uk/aboutonline/register.

Offer can be withdrawn at any time. Mortgage prize draw rules and other exclusions apply. For full details and rules please direct your clients to: halifax.co.uk/mortgage-prize-draw.
